Full Description
This bridge is within the area where an Iron Age burial was found in 1849, although the precise location in unknown (see MCC7172). The digging of a pipe trench in 1986 provided the opportunity to examine a hitherto unavailable area. However there was no sign of the burial or any disturbance attributed to the excavation in 1849. <1>
