Full Description
C16 timber-framed and plastered, aligned E to W, four bays wide, with a big hipped roof. The County Series at 1:2500 scale Epoch 1a (1874-87) shows a N-S aligned wing at the east end of the hall, removed.<1>
The Hall is also marked (and a group of buildings, presumably including outbuildings, to the north-east of the hall and around a sub-circular shaped pond, now the location of the Museum) and labelled on Chapman and Andre's 1777 map.<2>
