Full Description

Early C19 brick bottle kiln still retaining its core to full height and in very complete condition. Iron strapwork to base. Now a rarity in Essex. <1>.
The fabric of the kiln is now in poor condition, but it is still complete. There are the remains of a further kiln immediately to the east (not mentioned in the list entry). <2-3>.
