16th century house.
DOE survey of Tudor Cottage, Balkerne Close. Grade II. C16 restored. Timber framed with plaster infilling, brick infilling on ground floor. Gable ends plastered and pargetted. Two storeys, 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Modern door. Tiled roof, central brick chimney. <1>
