Late 16th century house.

RCHME Survey of 35 East Hill, house probably built in the late 16th century with a wing at the back. The upper storey projects on the North front and has original hook-shaped brackets. <1>

DOE survey, No 35 East Hill. Grade II. Late C16, 2 storey and attics, 2 gabled dormers, the roofs tiled. Cellars. Timber framed, plastered and painted over applied timbering. The upper storey projects on the front on two original hook shaped brackets. The ground floor front is brick faced and has a small C19 shop front. <2>
