Series of possible cremation burials represented by cremated bone and vessel fragments, recorded during Site C excavations in advance of the construction of Cunobelin Way (and the housing estate to the north), north of Gosbecks Archaeological Park, in 1995-6.

Full Description

A number of disturbed features on the northern half of Site C during the 1995-6 excavations to the north of Gosbecks may represent further cremation burials (see MCC2907, MCC2908 and MCC2909 for probable cremations from the site). Fragments of vessels were found, along with cremated bone which is likely to be human.<1>
