Full Description

Two probable buildings (MCC2905 and MCC2906) were identified at the site north of Gosbecks (one on Site B and one on Site C), although the remains were quite poorly preserved. A third possible building or structure on Site B was identified by a number of small pits which may represent post-holes. This group of pits appear to be related such that they may represent post-settings for a possible building. The position of the pits indicates that they pre-date buildings MCC2905 and MCC2906 and can be dated to the Late Iron Age/early Roman period.<1>
