17th century house.

RCHME survey of 111 Magdalen Street. 17th century building 'The upper storey formerly projected but has been under built'.<1>

DOE survey of No's 110 & 111 Magdalen Street. Grade II. C17 origin, a good deal altered C18 and later. Two storeys and attics, the roofs tiled. The upper storey formerly projected on the front but has been under built except at the west corner of No 111 and east corner of No 110. Two small ground floor shops. Three window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars to upper storey front.<2>

Richard Shackle undertook measured drawings (cross sections) of the building in April 2004.
