Full Description

Trench J8 (Area J) revealed a Roman ditch (JF803), aligned N to S.<1>

Excavation in 2004-5 (Area J South) demonstrated this is ditch (recorded as JSF19/JSF20 in the excavation), delimiting the east side of a road or track.<2>
