Full Description

2nd century building , based around earlier structure (CAT Building 190, MCC2721). The existing building was enlarged by the addition of rooms defined by three wall lines, creating CAT Building 191. The new walls were a mixture of clay blocks, clay over a stone base, and clay with stones on top. Several other presumed wall lines were truncated by later features. The disposition of the walls and various floors suggest a structure with a right-angled corridor (Rooms 1, 2) running around a further two rooms (Rooms 3, 4), with at least one room running off to the north (Room 5).<1>
