Full Description

RCHME survey of Clarence Inn. The house 'was built probably in the 16th century, but has been much restored. The upper storey projects on the W and S sides' <1>

DOE survey of The Clarence Inn, Trinity Street. Grade II. Built in the C16 but much restored. External character remains through most of the detail is gone. Two storeys, attics and cellars, the roofs tiled. The upper storey projects on the west and south sides. <2>
