Full Description

DOE survey of No 14 Trinity Street. Grade II. Probably C17, 2 storeys, timber-framed and plastered, tiled roofs, 2 window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars. <1>

RCHME survey of 12-14 Trinity Street. The RCHME lumps No 14 with an apparently earlier range (No's 12& 13) for the purposes of the UAD the DOE listing definition has been adopted. The RCHME records that the house 'was built probably in the 16th century but has been much altered. It is of half H shaped plan with the wings extending W. The upper storey projects on part of the E side and at the ends of the wings. Condition- Poor' however this would seem to relate to No's 11-13. <2>
