Medieval Cemetery of Grey Friars.
A note in Wire's Album records, ' Within the space enclosed in the dotted line several skeletons have been discovered with the head lying to the west and the feet close to the head of another in rows buried apparently without any ?probably the monks of Grey Friars. Several Roman coins have been discovered here and a ring or two of the Middle Ages'.
