An annotated note on a Museum copy of 1938 OS Map of Colchester records, 'Part of polished flint axe found in Culver Street (Colchester Museum- November)'. No date is given and the object has not been traced to date.<1> The find is located at the junction of Culver Street and Queen Street.<1>
