Full Description

RCHME survey of 35 West Stockwell Street. 17th century building 'has an early 18th century wing on the S side. On the S side is an original shaped bracket to the eaves. Condition -poor'.<1>

DOE survey of No 35 West Stockwell Street. Grade II. This also includes No 21 Northgate Street. Corner building, C17 and C18, 2 storeys and attics, timber framed and plastered, the roofs tiled. A shaped bracket supports the wall plate under the eaves on the south side. Modern doors and windows.<2>
