Full Description
An Iron Age mirror was found in 1974 at c.TM002244 when civilian contractors were digging the foundations for a new building at Hyderabad Barracks in Colchester. The find was recovered by Mr A.J. Osbourne who was working for the contractors. In 1986 the mirror was acquired by the Department of Prehistoric and Roman Antiquities at the British Museum (accession number P1986.5-1.1.).<1>
