Full Description

Centurion's tombstone found 1868.<1><2><3> See <1> for multiple references. The tombstone was dedicated to Marcus Favonius Facilis, a centurion of the Twentieth Legion. The tombstone is on display in the Castle Museum. Three vessels were found in association with the tombstone, of Neronian date.<4>
