Full Description
During observation of the excavation of a pipe trench in Castle Park (ECC375) in 1983, a possible robber trench containing unmortared septaria rubble was recorded, ' perhaps the remains of a drain'. Further to the south there was an east-west robber trench joined with a north-south robber trench which was traced for 12.75m. (see MCC1303).<1>
