The street was situated immediately south of the town wall rampart (MCC1170) along the northern edge of Insula 7. The remains consisted of a thin layer of street metalling , 0.1m thick, flanked to the north and south by shallow gullies 0.75m wide and 0.25 -0.3m deep.
