Full Description

Red tessellated pavement noted running under the houses as far as the middle of the present North Station Road, parts were exposed when the pavement on the west side of the street was laid down (some time before 1909).<1><2>
It is possible that this pavement belonged to a substantial masonry building situated further to the north (see MCC1260).
