Description

RCHME survey of tenements on N side of Cistern Yard. The western part was built probably in the 17th century but the eastern is of early 18th century date. The whole range stands partly on the N wall of the town. A doorway at the E end of the S side has an oval plaster panel, above it, with the date 1702. On the N side the upper storey of the W block projects. Inside one tenement are two 15th century moulded beams, reused'. <1>
