Description

DOE survey of No's 45 & 46 North Hill. Grade II. C16 building with front block remodelled in early C18. Timber-framed and plastered. Two and Three storeys, cellars, the roofs tiled. No 46 has an attic dormer. The upper storey projects on the north side of the rear wing. The front has a coved plaster eaves cornice to No 46, moulded wood cornice to No 45, central passageway to rear court and above the passageway a large C18 oriel window. No 45 has a flight of steps and one handrail to the front door.<1>
