Description
Watching brief during redevelopment of former warehouse. No significant features. The groundwork exposed thick deposits of 19th to 20th century dumped material including large amounts of soot, perhaps waste from steam ships. This material extended beyond the bottom of the 1.15m deep trenches. <1>
