Description
In June 2019, Britannia Archaeology undertook a trial-trenched evaluation, comprising two trenches each measuring 15.00m x 1.80m, at Bellhouse Farm, Church Lane, Stanway, in advance of the construction of a power plant. No archaeological features or finds were encountered within the trial trenches and no dating evidence was found in the topsoil or subsoil.<1>
