Description
Archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken by Colchester Archaeological Trust in April 2019 during the groundworks (10m of foundation trenching) for a new extension. The trenching revealed topsoil (L1, c.0.36-0.4m thick) onto natural (L2, orange sand). No archaeological features or finds were revealed.<1>
