Description
Leigh Alston undertook a Level 2 historic building record relating to Colchester Borough Council planning application 171455 (demolition of existing house and replacement with new single dwelling and associated garage/car port). The building was originally timber-framed and dates from the first half of the 19th century, but much extended and altered in the 20th century.<1>
