Description
Oxford Archaeology East carried out an archaeological watching brief at Mill Road, Fordham, in October 2016. The monitoring was undertaken during work being carried out by Anglian Water which comprised the installation of 16m of water pipe within a narrow cut trench. No archaeological features or artefacts were found, with only modern topsoil (0.30m deep) and natural deposits being encountered.<1>
