Description
Heritage statement prepared in support of a planning and listed building consent applications (CBC application 163196) for redevelopment of the Rising Sun Public House, a Listed Building dating from the late 18th century, and adjacent former Maponite warehouse, a locally listed building, which dates from the 19th century.<1>
Historic building recording (Historic England Level 3) was carried out by Colchester Archaeological Trust in 2018 (ECC4271).<2>
