Description
Archaeological recording and monitoring was undertaken during the installations of services to three new dwellings at the former Baber's Yard, 10 Williams Walk, in March 2016. No archaeological features or finds were defined. Two layers were identified: a modern sandy build up of concrete and mortar (L1) and a moist dark brown/black sub-soil with occasional stone inclusions (L2).<1>
