Description

On 5th February 1998, Colchester Archaeological Trust observed a hole dug in the Scheduled Area at Gosbecks Archaeological Park, west of Oliver’s Lane and south of Cunobelinus Road (approx. TL 9718 2275). The hole had been opened up to repair a leaking water main, on the edge of the previous hole opened in September 1997. No archaeological features were defined in section. <1><2>
