Description

On 19th September 1997, Colchester Archaeological Trust recorded a hole dug without prior consent in the Scheduled Area at Gosbecks Archaeological Park, west of Oliver’s Lane and south of Cunobelinus Road (approx. TL 9718 2275). The hole had been opened up by Breheny on behalf of Anglian Water, in order to locate a leaking water main. No archaeological features were defined in section.
