Description
Tubbeswick is a Grade II listed building dating to c 1752 which replaced an earlier structure that may have dated to the early medieval period. A historic building survey was carried out by CAT in May 2011 following a fire during renovations in 2009. The fire caused substantial structural damage, resulting in consent for demolition. The survey was carried out as a condition attached to the consent (CBC planning application 100646).
