Description
Desk-Based Assessment prepared for an area of land at the Coopers Beach Holiday Park, East Mersea, in advance of a planning application for the construction of 60 holiday lodges, along with associated roadways, parking and other infrastructure (CBC planning application 150383). At the time of the assessment the site was an area of scrub to the west of the existing holiday park.<1>
