Description
Inspection of a flower bed being dug in Castle Park on the east side of the pathway running north through the Castle Gates on Cowdray Crescent. Flower bed was 4.4m in diameter, and 0.48m deep. No archaeological deposits were encountered and it was assumed that the flower bed was too shallow to reveal any. <1>
