Description
The foundation trenches for a new house were monitored as this site, following the demolition of a chalet (CBC planning application F/COL/06/1897). Nothing of archaeological significance was observed, although it should be noted that c.300mm of topsoil and subsoil had already been stripped from over most of the site.<1>
