Description
A watching brief was carried out to observe the footing trenches for a new garage and house extension. Footings were dug approximately 600mm wide and 900mm deep through a topsoil layer (0-200mm deep), a subsoil layer (200-600mm deep) and into natural. No archaeological features were observed.<1>
