Description
A Roman drain was reported by Mr Tont Gilson (No address given). A visit by S. Benfield and S. Gorrod during August 1989 revealed no sign although 'the garden was heavily overgrown with nettles'. The grid reference provided appears to place this 'Garden' next to the Colne in or near the Council Allotments. <1>
