Fragments found in the bank by the London Road opposite the main door of 'Deoban" "near what appeared to be an old flue or kiln" in November 1906. All are of Sheepen character, including forms 266, 272 and 227. Executors of Mr McArthur COLEM 1938.85. With the above was part of a Roman flue-tile, and a fragment of Claudian T.S. bowl f29 COLEM 1938.89. <1>
