Description
Five boreholes were drilled on the site of the former Nicholson's Nurseries. The boreholes revealed fill to a depth of approximately 2.0 to 2.8m overlying alluvial clays, silts, peats and sand and gravel deposits underlain by the London Clay. Nothing of archaeological significance was noted.<1>
