Description
Soil investigations were carried out ahead of the Dutch Quarter housing scheme Phase 2. Three boreholes and four trial holes were excavated. These revealed up to 3.5 metres of 'made ground' overlying clays. The 'made ground' had inclusions of 'rubble'. organic material and shell.<1>
