Description
A bag containing late Iron Age / early Roman pottery labelled Goojerat Barracks was found deposited overnight by person or persons unknown on the Lion Walk excavation site (see MCC8072). A visit to the Goojerat Barracks indicated no recent ground disturbances or building works. It has been assumed that the pottery had not been found recently.<1>
