Description
A watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a Conservatory on the north side of the English Study Centre. Limited observation of foundation trenches for the conservatory at the rear of the building indicated that the southern part of this garden contains substantial levels of made up ground with natural at a depth of approximately 1m-1.5m from the present surface. <1>
