Description
A watching brief was held during the digging of a contractor’s trench, excavated along the edge of the pavement to replace a balustrade wall in front of No's 17-15 The Avenue. The section was composed of garden topsoil above 0.4m reddish brown sandy loam with medium, content of small stones. No significant features.<1>
