Description
A watching brief held during the construction of an extension to the Social Services storage building failed to reveal significant archaeological remains. The footings for the building were dug to a depth of 0.5m to 0.75m, revealing disturbed topsoil, together with rubble and make up of modern date. No finds were recovered. Negative evidence<1>
