Description

Scanty remains of a Roman burial found on the Sussex Road building estate on the site of No 29 Endsleigh Court. Recovered by Mr H.C. Calver who says 7ft along the north wall of this house and 4ft in front of the wall is a large block of masonry about 5ft 9" by 4ft.<1> COLEM 1959.109 <2>
