Description

A watching brief was held at 76 Lexden Road. Negative evidence.<1> The CAT "X series" miscellaneous finds record contains an entry, X293, dated 13th March 1984, for an iron bar found at 76 Lexden Road. The find spot is described as "In (gravel?) pit of unknown date". No further details are available. The object might possibly have been handed in by a member of the public.<2>
