Description

Strip lead coffin and urn found in the Sabraon Barracks, 1931.<1><2> Lead strapping from inside of a coffin, found in the Dobraon Barracks, August 1931; jar of grey ware form 268b; shallow platter of polished brown ware, form 39; The two vessels were found in or near by the coffin. There was no trace of human remains. Given by HM Sec of State for War. COLEM1931.1889-91 <3>
