Description

A watching brief was held during the excavation of a small pond in the garden close to the rear of No 86 Lexden Road. "A small quantity of pottery datable to AD 50-60 and two brooches were found by the owner Mrs J. Berry whilst digging a small hole for a pond in her garden".<1><2>
