Description
Structural survey of house prior to demolition for redevelopment of the Culver Precinct. The original intention was to preserve the house but it the end it was dismantled and the facade and roof were rebuilt (in theory) using the original materials. At the time of the survey the ground floor had been completely stripped out to provide shop accommodation whilst the second floor was still more or less intact.<1>
