Description
Coin of Constantine I AD330-337, mintmark cut off- possibly PTR (Trier). The obverse shows the helmeted head of the personification of the city and the legend CONSTANTINOPOLIS, the reverse shows Victory on a prow of a ship with a shield and spear.<1>
